Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, storage charges, destination port fees, and other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WESUNNY is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
